Chapter Leader

Bring the Climate Catalyst Foundation’s mission into your community! Chapter leaders help expand the CCF and extend its impacts to even more students in different regions. Applicants must be in grades 9-12.

Chapter leaders will be responsible for:

  • Managing team members in the chapter

  • Contributing one article every month to the Climate Blog

  • Recruiting two members every month to the CCF

  • Attending monthly agenda meetings

Outreach Manager

Focus on spreading the impact by reaching out to schools and experts to talk about climate change. Applicants must be in grades 9-12.

Outreach managers will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to experts for interviews and lectures

  • Reaching out to schools to conduct seminars

  • Recruiting one member every month to the CCF

  • Attending monthly agenda meetings

Writer

Contribute articles to the Climate Blog. Write about anything climate-related, from technology to policy to justice to history to science. Writers can write about a variety of topics within the climate field. Applicants must be in grades 9-12.

Writers will be responsible for:

  • Contributing two articles every month to the Climate Blog

  • Recruiting one member every month to the CCF

Social Media Manager

Spread the awareness about the CCF and climate change through the media. Social media managers maintain active presence on social media and post weekly about happenings in the CCF. Applicants must be in grades 9-12.

Social media managers will be responsible for:

  • Making a post every week about the CCF

  • Recruiting one member every month to the CCF

  • Attending monthly agenda meetings

Middle School Intern

Learn from and shadow members of the Social Media or Writing team. The Middle School Internship has two tracks (social media and writing) giving students the chance to learn and contribute.

The internship will be primarily centered around exposing middle school students to how the organization works and also gives them several opportunities to help and be mentored by members of the CCF.

Applicants must be in 7th or 8th grade.
